Our team of nurses and therapists are available to provide the medical care you or your loved one needs. Our home healthcare nursing services include, but are not limited to:
- Infusion therapy IV/IG
- Rx injection training
- Wound and medication management
- Well mom/Well baby visits
- Care coordination
We deliver services that allow pediatric, adult, chronically-ill, disabled and recuperating patients to receive the care they need. Our care representatives are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week, so assistance is always at your fingertips.

Skilled care
Our LPNs, LVNs, and RNs provide private duty care and treatment for chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities for pediatric and adult patients. Our services include:
- Tracheostomy and ventilator management
- Enteral care and management
- Seizure management
- Diabetic management
- Complex intravenous therapy management
- Intermittent skilled nursing and therapy visits
Unskilled care
We’re here to take care of you! Maxim’s unskilled in-home care services will help with bathing, daily hygiene and mobility. We provide:
- Personal care
- Respite care
- Home health aide
